We review your accounts, devices, email and backups against the HeptaShield Baseline, then walk you through a plain-English report that ranks what to fix first. The fee is credited to onboarding if you become a client within 60 days.

Encryption, updates, antivirus or EDR and who can install software.

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, forwarding rules and phishing protection.

What's backed up, where, and whether a restore has ever been tested.

- How is this different from the free review?
- The free review is a 30-minute check of the essentials. The $499 assessment is a full review of accounts, devices, email and backups, with a prioritized report and a 45-minute walkthrough.
- Do we have to become a client?
- No. You keep the report either way. If you do sign within 60 days, the $499 is credited to onboarding.
- Do you need onsite access?
- No. Most of the assessment is done remotely with read-only access you grant. Onsite visits are available in Georgia if needed.
- How long does it take?
- We agree the timeline when you book, based on the size of your team, and hold the walkthrough at a time that suits you.
