Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information HeptaShield LLC (“HeptaShield,” “we”) collects through heptashield.com and how we use it. It doesn't cover the client systems we manage under a services agreement; those are covered by that agreement.
What we collect
- What you send us: name, work email, company, team size, phone and message when you use a form.
- Tool inputs: the domain you enter in the Email Security Check, and calculator settings if you choose to send them with a form.
- Technical data: server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
- To reply to you, book a review and send what you asked for (an estimate, a report or a guide).
- To send a short series of follow-up emails about what you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a newsletter unless you subscribe.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and reply to you, such as our hosting, email delivery, scheduling and ticketing providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to [24 months] unless you become a client, in which case your services agreement applies.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing sales@heptashield.com.
