Microsoft 365 licenses are billed at cost plus a small margin, separately from your plan. Setup from $500; migrations $75 per mailbox.
FAQ
What clients ask before they sign.
- Will we lose email during a migration?
- No. Mail, calendar and files move in stages, and the final switch usually happens overnight.
- Can you take over our existing licenses?
- Yes. We can manage the tenant as it is, or move billing to us if that saves you money.
- Doesn't Microsoft already back up our data?
- Microsoft keeps the service running, but deleted or encrypted data has limited recovery. A separate backup gives you a copy you control.
- Is Copilot safe to turn on?
- It's safe once permissions are right. Copilot can see whatever a user can see, so we fix overshared files first.
- We use Google Workspace. Do you support it?
- Yes for existing clients, though we recommend Microsoft 365 for the device management and security it includes.
