- Do you come onsite in Atlanta?
- Yes. We're based in Woodstock and visit businesses across metro Atlanta and North Georgia for deployments, network and Wi-Fi installs, new office setups, assessments and urgent issues. Day-to-day help desk support is remote, so most problems are fixed without anyone driving in.
- How fast do you respond?
- A person responds in about 10 min on average during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm). Onsite visits are scheduled with you; the Complete plan includes 2 onsite hours a month.
- What does managed IT cost for an Atlanta business?
