- Do you sell Microsoft 365 licenses?
- Yes. HeptaShield is a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, so licenses can be billed with your support. You can also keep buying them yourself; we support either way.
- We already have Microsoft 365. Can you take it over?
- Yes. We start with a review of your tenant's security and settings, fix what's risky, and then support it day to day.
- Can you move us from Google Workspace?
- Yes. Email, calendars, contacts and files are migrated, and staff are set up on their phones and computers, usually over a weekend.
- What does it cost?
- Plans start at $79 per user per month with a $395 minimum monthly fee, and every price is published. The 12-month agreement can be cancelled in the first 90 days with 30 days' notice. The calculator on our pricing page shows your monthly price in about 30 seconds.
