- What are managed IT services?
- Instead of paying an IT person or calling someone by the hour, you pay a fixed monthly price per user and a managed service provider (MSP) runs your IT: help desk, device updates, security, Microsoft 365, backups and planning.
- How small is too small?
- No business is too small. The $395 monthly minimum means an office of 1 to 4 people gets the same help desk and security as a larger client.
- How is this different from break-fix IT?
- Break-fix bills you when something breaks, so nobody is paid to prevent problems. Managed IT is paid to keep things running, so patching, monitoring and security happen every month.
- What does it cost?
- Plans start at $79 per user per month with a $395 minimum monthly fee, and every price is published. The 12-month agreement can be cancelled in the first 90 days with 30 days' notice. The calculator on our pricing page shows your monthly price in about 30 seconds.
